I’ve been thinking for a while about this project. Starting a Fifty Shades fan page. I’ve been thinking and thinking that’s my speciality, thinking. And you know what? for once I’m going to try. I am going to stop thinking and here I am, doing it.
But here are already so many fan pages … Why should I make one more? Two main reasons:
- I love Fifty Shades books and film and I’d like to talk about them. That it’s easier to say than to do. My friends are not into it, and most people look at you weird when you say you like 50 Shades. To be honest, I quite don’t understand. Bottom line, it’s just a love story. A beautiful one! And yes, it has some amazing sex to spicy it up, so what? Girls also like sex, you know. So coming back to my first reason, the possibility to talk about it from the anonymity of a blog sounds like a pretty good solution.
- For some reason all that bashing at the movie did not dwell well on me. When I think something is unfair I can’t bare it, I need to do something about it. I do honestly think it’s a good film and I love Dakota and Jamie on it. All the bad reviews and terrible ratings in movie pages… well I could spend many blog entries to try to explain it. But coming back to my second reason, I did start a Facebook fan page to do something but now “I want more” (sorry I couldn’t help it).
“But I want more,” I whisper. “More?” he looks down at me puzzled…” EL James
Anyway the Facebook page objective is to change the rating of the movie at IMDB by encouraging fans to go and rate the movie, currently it is a clear reflection of the haters and I don’t feel like letting them win.
